05/24/2019: Lost Records Music Market – Brick at Blue Star
Brick is known for having great local art and vendors and just all around quirky things. A few Fridays ago they had a music market that I checked out.
The vendors were setting up still as I was kind of early. The purple ambience was neat, and Brick’s standard chandeliers were still in place, which is always nice to see.

I’m a collector of stickers and there were plenty of them! I got to rift through this huge pile of stickers, which I never mind because hunting for stickers is part of the fun!

The band I caught was Billy Conquer, and they got things started:

I also collect buttons, and got my daughter into it also, so it’s fun to go button hunting together. Got these awesome ones at @space.holiday, who was cool to talk to also!

I LOVED the Frida Kahlo one because I went to New Mexico a few years back and took this photo, so it was nostalgic for me.

She also designs stickers, one of my favorites which decorates my laptop. I get many compliments on it!

All in all, it was an intimate show with free thing up for grabs, drinks, and music.
Afterwards, we checked out the murals which are by the shops just past Brick going towards Alamo street.

Until next show, Brick!
